Appears in Start-up as a Service, that unlike any previous prog encountered ignores msconfig settings to prevent it.

Intrusive. Starts automatically and shows in task manager as a running background process even when option to start tunnelbear when windows starts is unticked in tunnelbear program (and does not appear in startup tab of task manager).
