I once attempted to install a very large file. It took a while to reach 84%. After that the installation down at 84%. I got very annoyed and stopped the installation process and while deleting the file it said that this file has been associated with cls-lolzi-x64.exe. That's when I got to know about it. Find the running installer, right-click it and select "open file location. Minimize the window. (top-right context button of window) Then again right-click it (the setup process)and select "end process tree". Select "yes".
