What is SppExtComObj.Exe?

The genuine SppExtComObj.Exe file is a software component of Microsoft Windows Operating System by .
Microsoft Windows includes the process "sppextcomobj.exe" in "C:\Windows\System32". Known as the "KMS Connection Broker", it should not be disabled. If it is removed Windows File Protection will replace it. It is a managed code assembly executing under the Common Language Runtime (CLR), requiring the .NET Framework to be present. Like "sppsvc.exe", which is in native code, it is part of the Software Protection Platform which interacts with the Key Management System, one of several Microsoft methods for activating Windows or Office or other software by confirming key validity. An enterprise or educational network's "KMS server" computer (usually having a Windows Server OS) must have firewall rules allowing the other "client" machines to contact it using both "sppsvc.exe" and "sppextcomobj.exe". This indicates that "sppextcomobj.exe" may be involved in activation of software products using managed code, and "sppsvc.exe" for native code, but Microsoft does not document this.

I Know its a backdoor method, I know its covering itself as safe.

Almost i watching all the background functions in my computers, i see yesterday the SppExtComObj.Exe program without reason to use part of my system memory. I deleted it because i don't know for what reason working . It did not show any malfunction and everything works normally and without it.

I download Word 2013 through a torrent, it came with an "activation service" which now that I think of it was too well done to be just about activating Word. I then started getting a lot of stuttering on my external hard drive and web browser started crashing and causing trouble. I went into Event Viewer and found SppExtComObj.exe causing a lot of errors trying to start up a server. I went into C:\Windows\system32, found the file and renamed it to SppExtComObj.exe.bak using Unlocker, a free program by Cedric Nitch Collomb. Windows 10 will otherwise block you from renaming or deleting it. No errors after that and everything seems fine. But, I did scan my PC with an antivirus and found crypto miners, so there's that.

See link below (on further info) for a regedit solution, by Ms. This should help to stop that KMS service from starting doing his stuff whenever PC connected (and from stealing cpu and band). This is a legitimate Ms component and, if it is the original thing and not misfit, it is related to remote handling of Ms multi-workplace licences for the os itself and optionally other microsoft products. I dunno why it is running on my home pc, anyway. Whenever it runs, it goes occupying all the resources. So first response is, yes it is legitimate, but second level answer, it is grossly unwanted and it does harm users deeply. This stuff should be running in offices network only IMHO, something is going bad to have it awake in single house installations.

KMS Connection Broker (Key Management Server) managed by AWS (Amazon managed) for COMPANIES. Primary function managing activation of MS Keys and automatically connecting supported clients. Internet reports it connecting to China. A connection broker is a software layer that sits on top (but not in the data path) of your entire IT environment to provide remote access to all of your resources.
