its not a virus keylogger or anything its a process for the steam app called wallpaper engine its a startup executable and to get rid of it if you uninstalled just intall again you will get an error but simply goto settings general then untick the box for start when windows boots ive always seen this site have false information posted such as this if you're not sure if something is a virus contact an developer of an program you recently installed

Wallpaper engine is installed by tons of people and is on Steam. Valve checks the Steam products and its perfectly fine. The only thing malicious are the wallpapers, which I dont even know if there ARE viruses in them.
