I began installing Grand Theft Auto V and noticed my system was a bit sluggish in performance. I opened Task Manager and went to the Processes Tab to notice "xtool.exe" using 80% of cpu. Its Harmless, its just a tool used to unpack and install certain Video game titles. Its only needed for the install and may just be a temp file that will remove itself after the install process.
